Recipe Ingredient
- 400g chicken fillet
- 50g coriander leaves
- 3 green chillies
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 cups of rice
- Enough water to cook rice
- 4 tbs oil
Instructions
- Put chilli, coriander and garlic into blender and blend until smooth.
- Fry chicken until it is half-cooked, then add the blended ingredients to the chicken and stir for a while.
- Wash the rice and pour enough water to cook rice. Add chicken and salt to rice and mix well.
- Once the rice is cooked, sprinkle black pepper. Serve hot.
