Recipe Ingredient
- 1 small bowl cold leftover chicken, shredded
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Sliced tomato
- Alfalfa shoots
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp margarine
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Dash of white pepper
- Slices of wholemeal bread
Instructions
- Spread margarine on a few slices of bread. Arrange some of the shredded cold leftover chicken on several slices of the wholemeal bread. Top with cucumber, tomato, alfalfa and lettuce leaves. Add a sprinkling of ground black and white pepper. Top with another slice of buttered bread and serve for breakfast or brunch.
