Recipe Ingredient
- 2 pieces deboned chicken whole leg
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Seasoning (A):
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp meat curry powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Spicy sauce:
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 5 tbsp chilli sauce
- 70ml evaporated milk
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with seasoning (A) for several hours.
- Heat oil in a wok for deep-frying until hot and deep-fry chicken pieces until crispy and cooked through. Remove from oil and leave aside in a serving platter.
- Melt butter in a nonstick pan. Fry onion until soft and fragrant. Add spicy sauce ingredients. Sauté well.
- Dish out sauce and pour over chicken pieces.
