- Chicken:
- Chicken, crushed garlic, thin ginger and lengkuas slices
- Rice:
- Margerine
- Pandan leaves
- Thin lengkuas slice
- Chicken stock
Instructions
- To prepare chicken, fry garlic, ginger and lengkuas till fragrant.
- Then add chicken, fry till colour changes.
- Cover and cook for 20-30 mins on slow heat.
- Add seasoning - thick and thin soya sauces, sugar, salt. Let simmer without cover until desired gravy consistency.
