- 850 gm cut chicken
- 2 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon light soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon multi -purpose flour
- Ingredients B
- 300 gm pumpkin cut in wedges
- 2 tablespoon multi-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Marinate Ingredient A and Ingredients B separately for half an hour
- Bake marinated chicken for 20 minutes
- Take out chicken from the oven, turn it over and continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
- Separately bake the marinated pumpkin for 15 mins.
- When chicken is done, remove from oven and arrange baked pumpkin wedges around the baked chicken
- Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
