Recipe Ingredient
- 100g glucose
- 25g desiccated coconut
- 50g dried coconut candy strips/ribbons
Instructions
- Dip a paintbrush into glucose and brush a thin layer of glucose onto a silicone mat. Sprinkle the glucose ribbon with desiccated coconut. Bake in the oven at 160oC until you get a light, golden colour.
- Present the glass candy and coconut candy ribbons in a glass coupe.
