Recipe Ingredient
- 3 eggs
- 150g flour
- 10g baking powder
- 100ml sunflower oil
- 125ml warm milk
- 200g goat cheese, cut into chunks
- 50g walnuts, chopped roughly
- 50g raisins, soaked in warm water
- 100g grated Emmental cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Mix the eggs, flour and baking powder.
- Add the oil and warm milk slowly, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the goat cheese, walnuts, drained raisins and grated cheese.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Stir, and pour batter into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out to cool completely on a wire rack.
- Makes 1 loaf.
