Recipe Ingredient
- 180g sponge mix
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp fresh milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp canola oil
Instructions
- Beat sponge mix, eggs and milk until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and canola oil. Mix lightly to combine. Turn out batter into a baking tray and bake in preheated 175°C oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove cake and leave to cool.
