- 400g fresh good quality durian flesh
- 280ml whipping cream
Instructions
- Put durian flesh in a food processor. Blend until fine.
- Whisk the cream in a well-chilled bowl until it is stiff, then fold in the fine durian pulp to mix.
- Use the cream immediately.
