- 25g cocoa powder

- 45g Sorbitol
- 200g egg
- 120g Rich's Gold Label
- 70g Anchor UHT milk
- 15g Chocolate Emulco

- 35g walnuts
- 35g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Cream ingredients (A) on high speed for 5 minutes.
- Add dry ingredients B and mix on slow speed for 1 minute until a crumble.
- Premix wet ingredients C, add and mix on medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Fold in walnut and chocolate chips.
- Using an ice-cream scoop, transfer batter into muffin trays lined with paper cups.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
