Recipe Ingredient
- Papaya salsa
- 2 cups cubed ripe papaya
- 1/2 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsps MAGGI® Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Curry sauce
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2cm ginger
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsps butter
- 2 tbsps fish curry powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 125ml thin coconut milk
- 125ml NESTLÉ Ideal Evaporated Milk
- 1 MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube
- 4 Norwegian salmon steaks
- 3 tbsps lemon juice
- 2 tbsps cream
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for papaya salsa.
- Grind onion, garlic and ginger until you get a smooth paste.
- In a deep pan, heat oil and butter together. Fry ground ingredients until fragrant.
- Add curry powder and water. Bring to boil. Add coconut milk, NESTLÉ Ideal Evaporated Milk and MAGGI® Ikan Bilis Stock Cube.
- Cook on slow fire for about 3 minutes. Finally add salmon steaks. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Finally add cream and salt.
- Remove fish from heat and serve with papaya salsa.
