- 125g butter
- 50g crunchy peanut butter
- Pinch of salt
- 125g castor sugar
- 2½ tbsp UHT milk
- Sifted:
- 225g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 50g choc chips
- 30g toasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in sifted dry ingredients and add milk to combine. Mix in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts.
- Roll out dough and cut into desired shapes. Space the cookies well apart and bake in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.
