- 2 Tortilla wraps
- 130 gm Fish Fillet, steamed and flaked
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- 1⁄2 head Lettuce, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 Cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 Tomato, roughly chopped
- 1⁄2 Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Cili Padi, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Butter
- Salt, to taste
- For Blending:
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 Egg
- 20 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 5 Dried Chillies, washed and broken into small pieces
- 1 stalk Lemongrass, cut
- 3 cm Galangal, thinly cut
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Large Red Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, season flaked fish with salt and lime juice. Mix well. Put aside.
- Add all ingredients for blending in a blender and blend until they form a smooth consistency.
- Combine fish with the blended ingredients, mix well.
- In a pan, heat butter and add fish fillets until they are cooked through and sauce has thickened, remove from heat.
- To assemble, spread a layer of mayonnaise over each wrap, add in vegetable,fish mix, onion and chilli padi slices.
- Roll up tightly, cut each wrap into 2 pieces.
- Ready to serve!
