Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp miso
  • 2 tbsp sugar or to taste
  • 1 tsp finely chopped young ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp chopped cilipadi

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until the sugar dissolves, the peanut butter is smooth and everything is well-blended.
  3. Pour into individual bowls for serving.
