- 500g medium size prawns
- 1 tbsp Maggi Ikan Bilis Powder
- 1 tsp belacan powder
- 4 cloves garlic, pounded
- 2 shallots, pounded
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 4 egg whites
- 4 tbsps rice flour
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Some butter
- Chopped red pepper for garnishing
Instructions
- Slice the prawns lengthwise.
- Combine the ikan bilis powder, belacan powder, garlic, shallots, coriander, egg whites, rice flour, black pepper and salt.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
- Fry the prawns for about 2 minutes.
- Serve on fried rice.
