- 125g butter
- 110g sugar
- (B):
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- (C):
- 2 tsp UHT milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- (D) Sift:
- 225g plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder i
Instructions
- Cream (A) until light. Add (B) and continue to cream.
- Warm the milk and stir in the cocoa powder. Add to (A) and (B) mixture and blend well. Fold in (D) and combine well to form a soft dough. (Refrigerate if it is too soft.)
- Place dough in a cookie press and press out biscuits on a lined and greased tray. Bake biscuits in preheated oven at 180 to 190 ºC until golden brown.
