- 3 eggs
- (A):
- 175g butter
- 225g sugar
- Rind of 1 orange
- (B) Mix together:
- 125ml UHT milk
- 1/2 tsp orange juice
- (C) Sift:
- 250g cake flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175 ºC. Cream (A) till light and fluffy. Stir in (B) gradually. Fold in sifted ingredients. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Spoon batter into paper cups up to eight-tenths full. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
