- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bottle. Seal the bottle and refrigerate for eight hours. Shake well before serving.
