Recipe Ingredient
- 240g minced chicken or beef
- 125g minced lean meat
- 1 big onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 a red capsicum, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp mixed Italian dressing
- 1/2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1/2 tbsp spring onion
- 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Line a loaf tin with greased tin foil.
- Soak the slices of bread in the milk and then squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Put the rest of the ingredients (except the egg) into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the bread to the ingredients and mix well, then stir in the beaten egg.
- Pour the mixture into a prepared loaf tin. Bake in a preheated oven of 190 degrees C for 75 to 90 minutes or until cooked.
