Recipe Ingredient
- 250g finely minced beef (or any meat preferred)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
- 1 tsp ginger, chopped finely
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped finely
- Spices:
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Seasoning:
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 small egg
- 1/2 tbsp plain flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine all chopped ingredients, spices and seasoning in a mixing bowl. Add the minced meat and stir in the egg to mix. Sprinkle flour on top and stir well to blend.
- Wet hands and make small balls from the mixture. Pat balls slightly flat and place on plastic sheets arranged on a plate. Refrigerate to harden the patties (for easy handling and frying).
- Deep-fry the patties in hot oil till golden. Drain well and serve with garlic chilli sauce.
