Recipe Ingredient
- 250g minced beef
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 25g cornflour
- 1 tsp tapioca flour
- 80ml or enough water
Instructions
- Place the minced beef into a food processor. Add sugar, salt, pepper, cornflour and tapioca flour. Process on low speed and add water gradually, beating until the mixture turns into a sticky paste.
- Remove the mixture and place some onto the palm of your hand, lightly squeeze out the mixture into small portions. Shape them into even round balls.
- Bring a pot of water to a rapid boil and throw in the beef balls. Cook over medium heat until the balls are cooked through. Scoop out the balls with a perforated ladle to drain them well.
I made this in bulk too. A good alternative for midnight snack
