Recipe Ingredient
- 200g glutinous rice flour
- 360cc water
- 20g fine sugar
- 30g peanut powder
Instructions
- Stir together glutinous rice flour and water. Steam for three to five minutes or until the mixture is set.
- Allow to cool and then cut into 20 pieces.
- Roll up each piece into a small ball. Coat with peanut powder and fine sugar mixture.
