- Egg yolk paste
- 70g whole milk
- 50g vegetable oil
- 120g low gluten flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 egg yolk
- Egg white paste
- Egg white 3 pieces,
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 70g fine sugar
Instructions
- Combine milk, vegetable oil, flour, and baking powder and mix evenly, then add in the egg yolk and combine until smooth. Set aside.
- Beat egg white, white vinegar, and sugar until sugar fully dissolves.
- Combine both egg yolk and egg white paste and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a 7" mold and steam for 30 minutes with high heat.
