- 250g mango purée
- 250ml mango juice
- 180g whipping cream
- 180g fresh low fat milk
- 150ml syrup
- 60g fresh pomelo sacs
Instructions
- Combine mango purée, mango juice, milk, syrup and whipping cream in a bowl. Stir then chill in the refrigerator.
- Dish out into individual serving bowls when ready to serve. Add pomelo sacs as a garnishing. Serve immediately.
