Recipe Ingredient
- one whole durian's flesh
- two pieces gula melaka
- ten pieces pandan leaves tied
- two hundred gm. sago pearls
- two hundred gm. steamed half inch. cubed yam
- two hundred gm. steamed half inch. cubed sweet potatoes
- first santan from half coconut
- second santan from half coconut
- sugar to taste
- one litre water
Instructions
- Bring the water to boil adding the durian flesh, gula malaka,pandan leaves,sugar,second santan and cook till the gula malaka is dissolved.Add the sago pearls,yam,sweet potatoes and the first santan and cook till done,testing for sweetness.
