Recipe Ingredient
- 100 g bird's nest (soaked until soft)
- 18 g cordyceps (washed)
- 3-4 red dates (seeds removed)
- Half a village chicken
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a double-boiler pot. Double-boil for one and a half to two hours. Add a little salt to taste and dish out and serve immediately.
