Recipe Ingredient
- 30g dried figs
- 50g red dates, seeds removed and sliced
- 4 honey sweet dates
- 50g dried longan flesh
- 1 Buddha´s fruit (loh han kuo), washed
- 1.5 litres water
Instructions
- Break up the Buddha´s fruit, but not too much. Combine figs, red dates, honey sweet dates, longan flesh and water in a pot.
- Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Dish out and serve immediately.
