- Dressing
- 1 x 150g NESTLÉ® Low Fat Yoghurt (natural)
- 2 tsps MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 3 tsps mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Salad
- 12 small lettuce heads, coarsely shredded
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 green apples, diced
- 10 canned pineapple cubes, cut into halves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 120g thinly sliced cooked chicken
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
- Cover and chill in a refrigerator.
- Arrange vegetables and chicken on a plate.
- Cover and chill in the fridge.
- Before serving, drizzle dressing over vegetables and chicken.
- Toss lightly if desired.
- Serve immediately.
