Recipe Ingredient
- 1 can Pacific clams
- 50g spaghetti, cooked till al dente
- 4 shallots, finely sliced
- 1 unripe mango, finely shredded
- 1 fresh red chilli, sliced
- 6 bird´s eye chillies, finely sliced
- 2 stalks lemon grass, thinly sliced
- 4-5 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce or to taste
- 1 tbsp sugar or to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Dash of pepper
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce
Instructions
- Drain Pacific clams from the can and refresh in ice-cold water for 10 minutes.
- Make the dressing by combing lime juice, fish sauce, sesame oil, Thai sweet chilli sauce and pepper in a bowl. Add lemon grass, bird´s eye chillies and red chilli.
- Add Pacific clams, spaghetti, shallots, unripe mango into the dressing ingredients. Toss well to combine and serve immediately. The salad should taste sour, hot and sweet.
