Recipe Ingredient
- 300g minced meat (chicken and pork, half portion each)
- 1-2 tbsp plain flour
- (A)
- 30g onion, chopped
- 3 waterchestnuts, minced
- 50g minced carrot
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of sugar
Instructions
- Combine meat with ingredients (A). Stir in seasoning. Mix well until mixture has a sticky texture.
- Divide mixture into small equal portions and form into balls. Coat the meatballs with a little flour.
- Deep-fry in hot oil over medium low heat until golden and cooked through. Dish out and skewer 2 meatballs each in a satay skewer. Serve with chilli dipping sauce.
