Recipe Ingredient
- 2 medium size potato
- 1 can sardin
- 1 egg
- onion
- cabbage/leek
- salt, sugar,chicken stock cube (0ptional)
Instructions
- Boil potato then mash it.
- Mix in sardin, egg, chopped onion, cabbage, salt, sugar and chicken stock.
- Mix well and make into small balls, deep fry them.
- Eat with any sauce you like.
