Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp cooking rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 150g boneless chicken meat
  • 2 tsp MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
  • Ingredients A
  • 3 tbsps MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI® Light Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • Ingredients B
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 100g long beans, finely sliced
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 1 stalk bunga kantan, thinly sliced
  • 5 cili padi, sliced
  • 4 tbsps toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic until slightly brown.
  2. Add chicken meat and MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock.
  3. Cook for five minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in ingredients A and let it cool.
  6. In a salad bowl, combine ingredients B.
  7. Add cold mixture and toss well.
  8. Place salad on a bed of lettuce and serve at once.
