Recipe Ingredient
- 1 tbsp cooking rice
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 150g boneless chicken meat
- 2 tsp MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
- Ingredients A
- 3 tbsps MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp MAGGI® Light Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsps lime juice
- Ingredients B
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 100g long beans, finely sliced
- 100g grated carrot
- 1 stalk bunga kantan, thinly sliced
- 5 cili padi, sliced
- 4 tbsps toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oil and fry garlic until slightly brown.
- Add chicken meat and MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock.
- Cook for five minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in ingredients A and let it cool.
- In a salad bowl, combine ingredients B.
- Add cold mixture and toss well.
- Place salad on a bed of lettuce and serve at once.
