Recipe Ingredient
- 1 small can sardines, flaked
- 1/2 an onion, sliced thinly
- 1 red chilli, sliced thinly
- 1 large half-ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 avocado, shredded
- 1 packet Japanese rice crackers (original flavour)
- Dressing
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- A good dash of pepper
- A good dash of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients, mango and avocado in a mixing bowl.
- Spoon sardines over the rice crackers. Sprinkle with onion and chillies.
- Spoon a little of the dressing ingredients over the crackers and serve immediately.
