Recipe Ingredient

  • Fruits and vegetables (cubed or diced)
  • 150g honeydew melon
  • 150g half-ripe papaya
  • 100g carrots
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 150g yam bean (sengkuang)
  • 150g cooked potatoes
  • 100g chick peas, boiled in salted water till well-cooked
  • 100g tortilia chips
  • Salad Cream:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients for salad cream together and chill well in the refrigerator.
  2. Chill all the cut fruits and vegetables in an airtight plastic container or tupperware.
  3. Toss the fruits, vegetables and tortilla chips in the salad cream. Serve immediately.
