Recipe Ingredient
- Fruits and vegetables (cubed or diced)
- 150g honeydew melon
- 150g half-ripe papaya
- 100g carrots
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 150g yam bean (sengkuang)
- 150g cooked potatoes
- 100g chick peas, boiled in salted water till well-cooked
- 100g tortilia chips
- Salad Cream:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for salad cream together and chill well in the refrigerator.
- Chill all the cut fruits and vegetables in an airtight plastic container or tupperware.
- Toss the fruits, vegetables and tortilla chips in the salad cream. Serve immediately.
