Recipe Ingredient
- 500g baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- Clean potatoes and put in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and toss well.
- Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking tray. Arrange potatoes on the foil and sprinkle with black pepper. Wrap potatoes with the foil and bake in a preheated oven at 190ºC for 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes turn tender when pierced with a sharp stick or skewer.
- To serve, open the foil and sprinkle with parsley, thyme and rosemary. Sprinkle salt all over. Serve potatoes while still warm.
