Recipe Ingredient
- 500g medium large prawns
- 1 green capsicum, cubed
- 1 Bombay onion, quartered
- Some cherry tomatoes
- Some satay skewers
- Marinade
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp fish curry powder
- 1 tsp chilli paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Trim the prawns and season with the marinade for an hour. Thread the prawns on skewers alternately with capsicum, onion and cherry tomato. Grill or barbecue the prawn kebabs until cooked and charred. Serve hot.
