Recipe Ingredient
- 1 ripe papaya - use a melon scoop to make balls
- Skinned, cored and cubed:
- 1 pear
- 1 red apple
- 200g grapes - cut into halves
- 1 ripe mango - skinned and cubed
- 100g cucumber - skinned, cored, and cubed
- 100g turnips - skinned and cubed
- Dressings:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp tartar sauce
- A dash of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the fruit and vegetables and store them in a clean plastic container. Chill.
- Combine and chill the dressing well. Before serving, toss the fruit, vegetables and dressing together. Serve in individual salad cups immediately.
