- 100g ladies´ fingers
- 2 pieces eryngii mushrooms
- ¼ tsp caster sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Bamboo satay skewers, soaked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Rinse ladies´ fingers well and drain dry in a colander. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. Skewer the vegetables onto the satay skewers and sprinkle with a pinch of combined sugar and salt mixture.
- Grill the skewers for eight to 10 minutes, until tender. Remove and serve immediately.
