Recipe Ingredient

  • 600gms unripe papaya
  • 50gm shallots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp dried shrimps
  • Dressing:
  • 2 tbsp sambal belachan
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Soak and pound shrimps then dry fry in a medium hot pan till fragrant. Toss over the green papaya.
