Recipe Ingredient
- 600gms unripe papaya
- 50gm shallots peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp dried shrimps
- Dressing:
- 2 tbsp sambal belachan
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Soak and pound shrimps then dry fry in a medium hot pan till fragrant. Toss over the green papaya.
