  • A combination of honeydew and water melons, mango, oranges, fresh pineapple, maybe a handful of grapes

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into nice, even-sized pieces and use a very sharp knife so that they don't end up looking battered and bruised. (I know this is a bit childish, but if you happen to own a melon baller, it's quite fun to scoop melons out into neat little balls!)
  2. Fruit salad should, of course, be served nice and cold. You can make it a couple of hours ahead and keep the bowl refrigerated.
