Recipe Ingredient
- 4 eggs
- 400 gm sugar
- 1 kg flour
- 1 kg coconut to extract about l litre santan
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar until thick and creamy.
- Slowly mix in the flour and santan to get a smooth batter according to your liking.
- Bake the batter using the the 'kuih sipit' mould a little portion at a time to get a thin round 5 diameter kuih. Immediately roll up the kuih when it is still hot to form into an egg roll.
