Recipe Ingredient
- 125g plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 1¼ cups water
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually pour in water to mix. Stir in salt.
- Beat until batter is smooth but not foamy. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease pan with oil. Pour 2-3 tablespoons batter on the pan. Swirl around to get an even circle. When cooked, edges will curl and begin to unstick from the pan. Flip out and leave on a clean plate.
