Recipe Ingredient
- 350g fish fillet
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 120g plain flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 150ml water or enough
Instructions
- Cut fish into thick slices. Lightly marinate fish with salt.
- Combine crispy batter ingredients well into a smooth batter.
- Dip fish into the batter then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain from oil.
