Recipe Ingredient
- A handful of freshly plucked basil leaves, rinsed clean and chopped
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 4 omega eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Shao Hsing Hua Tiau wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon oil and sesame oil in a non-stick pan.
- Fry garlic and ginger until fragrant and crispy.
- Dish out and leave aside. Mix basil leaves with the beaten eggs. Add a splash of wine and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir until well blended. Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a wok. Pour in the combined egg mixture.
- Fry the eggs gently until it is done. Dish out and serve immediately.
