Recipe Ingredient

  • A handful of freshly plucked basil leaves, rinsed clean and chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 4 omega eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Shao Hsing Hua Tiau wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil and sesame oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Fry garlic and ginger until fragrant and crispy.
  3. Dish out and leave aside. Mix basil leaves with the beaten eggs. Add a splash of wine and add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir until well blended. Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a wok. Pour in the combined egg mixture.
  5. Fry the eggs gently until it is done. Dish out and serve immediately.
