Recipe Ingredient
- 1 bunch unripe bananas (preferably Pisang Rastali, Pisang Awak or Pisang Abu)
- Sugar and salt to taste
- A dash of chilli powder or paprika
- Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice thinly with a slicer. Mix the banana slices with salt, sugar and paprika.
- In a wok, heat oil until hot. Deep fry the banana slices until golden brown and crispy. Drain and cool before storing in an airtight container.
