Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 bunch unripe bananas (preferably Pisang Rastali, Pisang Awak or Pisang Abu)
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  • A dash of chilli powder or paprika
  • Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice thinly with a slicer. Mix the banana slices with salt, sugar and paprika.
  2. In a wok, heat oil until hot. Deep fry the banana slices until golden brown and crispy. Drain and cool before storing in an airtight container.
