Recipe Ingredient
- 2 eggs (raw)
- 250g silk tofu
- Oil
- 250g minced chicken
- Chilli oil (preferably Chiu Chow Chilli Oil)
- Soy sauce
Instructions
- Crack two eggs and mix well.
- Add silk tofu, mash thoroughly, and mix well.
- Steam for 10 minutes, and set aside.
- Add 4 tablespoons of oil into frying pan.
- Add and stir fry minced chicken until fully cooked.
- Add 6 tablespoons of chilli oil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Stir well and add onto egg tofu, and serve.
