THE SQUARE restaurant at Novotel Kuala Lumpur is serving up a scrumptious feast this Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Executive sous chef Huzaidy Samson and his team have come up with an extensive festive menu comprising mouthwatering dishes such as Pan-Burst Cherry Tomato and Baby Mozzarella with Basil Dressing, Seafood on Ice, Turkey Ham Salad with Pineapple, Kidney Beans and Aioli, Prawn and Avocado Salad with Lemon Dressing, Seafood Bisque, Chicken Bukhari Rice, Spaghetti Marinara, Shepherd’s Pie, Potato Rosti, Oxtail Irish Stew, Southern Fried Chicken and lots more.

At the dessert station you will find cheesecakes, puddings, Christmas rolls, mini pavlovas, trifles, pralines, panna cotta, pies, Christmas Stollen, bread and butter pudding and Christmas pastries.

The Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve buffets are priced at RM90++ per pax.

Last year, The Square had a set menu for the festive season but they decided to change it this year. “We thought a buffet would be better for large family gatherings. In addition, we will feature more international dishes,” said Huzaidy.

The restaurant’s Roasted Turkey

The Special Christmas Takeaway offers an oven roasted turkey (approximately 4kg-4.2kg) with mushrooms, sausage, apple and chestnut stuffing served with buttered vegetables and cranberry sauce priced at RM350++. Also available is the oven-roasted whole marinated lamb leg with buttered vegetables, sauteed potatoes and traditional rosemary sauce, priced at RM250++ for approximately 2.2kg.

The Christmas Turkey Takeaway is available until Dec 31 and a three-day advance booking is recommended.
