Casual and romantic, the al fresco outlet features appetising tapas, healthy salad, tasty soup, lip-smacking pasta, savoury pizza, delicious main dishes of fresh seafood and succulent meat as well as tempting desserts.

Begin your culinary delight with the signature Tapas Platter (top pic) for two.

Feast on a combination of baby octopus, smoked salmon, roasted vegetables, prawns with mango salsa, pandan-flavoured chicken with chilli peanut sauce, Malaysian satay, spring rolls, marinated button mushrooms and Vietnamese seafood roll.

The Spanish tradition of nibbling just a bit from a variety of dishes is a great way to satisfy appetites.

Each creation is distinct in taste and texture, yet coming together just beautifully.

Salad consists of shrimp and scallop cocktail (with avocado and mango), red oak leaves with Cajun chicken (chopped parsley and mint, fresh avocado, mango and tasty grilled chicken with creamy lemon dressing) and grilled portobello mushroom (served with mixed green, roasted bell pepper, feta cheese and balsamic dressing).

Soup is a choice of beef goulash (beef, potato and carrot cubes topped with sour cream) or onion soup (caramelised onions simmered in homemade broth and topped with cheese crouton).

Topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, the pizzas comprise of Surf and Turf (smoked salmon, beef pepperoni, tomatoes and onions) and Caesar (eggs, anchovies,
tomatoes and shredded lettuce).

There are also two vegetarian pizzas of Margarita (tomatoes and fresh basil) and Vegetables (broccoli, tomatoes, eggplant, fresh basil and capers).

Pasta is either fettuccine, spaghetti, penne, macaroni or fusilli to go with a choice of  sauces including aglio olio, carbonara, bolognese or tomato and basil, and served with garden salad and garlic bread.

For the mains, favourites include steamed mussels finished with a mild coconut curry and served with toasted pesto baguette; Mediterranean seafood stew simmered in tasty Moroccan herbs and tomato sauce; and pan-fried barramundi fillet lightly sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and served with boiled potatoes, seasoned spinach, grilled tomato and citrus butter sauce.

To titillate palates are grilled baby chicken in fresh herbs and served with chunky chips,
slow-roasted tomatoes, corn on cob and finished with peppercorn sauce, and Australian black Angus rib-eye beef chargrilled to your liking and complemented with baby
vegetables, roasted tomatoes, potatoes and house gravy.

Desserts are tantalising royal banana cheese cake, chocolate fudge cake, fresh mango delight, tiramisu and ice cream sundae with berry sauce.

Uncle Zack By The Beach also serves the Grill By The Beach Buffet Dinner from  Sundays to Thursdays and priced at RM75 nett per adult and RM35 nett per child aged 10 to 14 years.

On Fridays is the Sunset Barbecue Buffet Dinner at RM138 nett for adults and RM45 nett for children.

Couples looking for a romantic evening under a canopy of stars can indulge in the Ocean Front Candlelight Dinner for two at RM198 nett inclusive of a glass of wine each.
