Kuantan hotel’s spread offers more than 1,000 dishes.
ZENITH Hotel Kuantan will be organising “Aneka 1,000 Rasa” buffet promotion in conjunction with the coming month of Ramadan.
Hotel general manager Charles Aseervatham Abdullah said guests and walk-in diners would be spoilt for choice with the sumptuous spread of iftar feast comprising local and international cuisine.
“Our dining room’s brigade of 13 chefs will be coming up with an array of more than 1,000 traditional buka puasa dishes.
The aromatic Lamb Kuzi is cooked with rich herbs and spices and served with beriani rice.
“Among the must-try dishes is the aromatic Lamb Kuzi – cooked with rich herbs and spices, and served with beriani rice.
“Others include Rusuk Lambing Bakar Madu, Ayam Beriani Telur Rebus, Daging Dendeng, Udang Masak Rendang Minang, Acar Rampai, Ikan Siakap Bakar Portugis, Sup Tulang and Fish Head Curry,” he said during preview of the promotion.
In addition, Charles said there would be six live action stalls serving crowd favourites banana, jackfruit and sweet potato fritters, keropok lekor and other fried treats.

Also available are a variety of noodles, ulam and kerabu (Malaysian salads), assorted crackers, sambal and jeruk (pickled dishes), gulai kawah, shawarma and the signature Ramadan dish – bubur lambuk.
During the Ramadan period, the hotel will provide designated prayer rooms for guests’ convenience.
A daily Quran recitation and live azan by Maahad Tahfiz Yayasan Pahang will be performed.
The buffet, which is served from June 29 to July 27, is priced at RM99 nett per person.
However, early birds are entitled to purchase buffet vouchers for RM85 nett per person from now until June 28.
Guests can also host their own private iftar gathering at the hotel with a selection of menus starting from RM100++ per person, with a minimum of 100 people.
