Intending to introduce famous duck dishes to Malaysians, Duck n’ Such opens its doors with a menu peppered with intercontinental halal duck dishes with a local twist.

Inspired by her encounter with traditional halal Shanghainese roast duck whilst still a student in the UK, founder Sharifah Nur Diyana then scoured the continents in search for an assortment of duck dishes, subsequently introducing them to a very hungry Malaysian crowd with the momentous restaurant opening, graced by Datuk Seri Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah.

One of their best selling dishes is the Duck n’ Such Signature Peking Duck Wraps — a version of traditional Chinese-style Peking duck served with roti jala.

A similar delight can also be found in the Crispy Aromatic Duck Wrap, only instead of roti jala, customers can dig in by wrapping the meat with crunchy lettuce leaves.

Other must try dishes include the Satay Duck Style, tender and juicy with the chef’s special marinade and peanut sauce.

Familiar local standards such as the Oriental Herbal Duck Delight and Nyonya Rendang were also featured prominently in the menu for their evocative flavours.

For something more Western, try the Lip Smacking BBQ Whole Thigh. Of course they serve more than just duck, with other international dishes on the menu included Hungarian Beef Goulash, NZ Lamb Shank and Grilled Salmon.

The restaurant sports a contemporary décor with child-friendly facilities.

For Ramadan, Duck n’ Such will offer a special set meal at RM 35++ per person, starting from July 28 to Aug 18.

Duck n’ Such is located on the Ground Floor of Hartamas Shopping Centre, Plaza Damas and is open daily from 11am to 10pm.
